In a medium bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon each balsamic vinegar and honey; season with salt and pepper. Toss 16 strawberries, tops removed, and 16 grape tomatoes in dressing until coated. Let marinate 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thread 1 strawberry, 1 mozzarella pearl, 1 fresh basil leaf, and 1 tomato onto a 3 1/2-inch skewer. Place skewer on a platter. Repeat with remaining strawberries and tomatoes (you’ll need equal amounts of mozzarella pearls, basil leaves, and skewers).
