  • In skillet, stir panko and 1 tbsp. oil over high until panko browns, 2 minutes; season. Transfer to plate. In skillet, cook onion, garlic and rosemary in remaining 3 tbsp. oil over medium, 5 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients and stir until liquid thickens slightly, 10 minutes; season. Stir tomato and parsley into cassoulet; sprinkle with panko.
