- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha, plus more for drizzling
- 4 ears corn, grilled
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced on an angle
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and 1 tsp. sriracha; season and brush on the warm corn. Top with the sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Drizzle with more sriracha.
