Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sliced basil
  • Lemon zest

Preparation

Season chicken. In ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high; sear chicken, skin side down. Turn; add next 3 ingredients. Roast at 425 degrees until cooked, 15 to 17 minutes. Top with pan sauce, basil and zest.
