- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 cup fresh ricotta
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups butternut squash noodles
- 1 cup sliced shallots
- 4 oz. chopped pancetta
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
Preheat oven to 450°. Coat large rimmed baking sheet with 2 tbsp. oil; roll, press, and stretch dough to fit sheet. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp. oil. In bowl, whisk ricotta and garlic powder; season and spread over dough. Top with next 3 ingredients. Bake until dough is browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with oregano.
A Simple Twist
Get creative with your combos on the pizza above. Try spiralized beets with goat cheese, carrots with crème fraîche, or celery root with Parmesan and bacon.
