Asian Pear & Spinach Salad
It's all about the miso-soy dressing.

Ingredients
2 tbsp. grapeseed oil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. white miso
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
2 tsp. finely grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
10 oz. fresh baby spinach
1 Asian pear, very thinly sliced
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
In bowl, whisk first 7 ingredients. Toss with spinach and pear; season. Top with sesame seeds.
