Spinach & Beef Baked Ziti

  • 8 oz. ziti, cooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Wine-Braised Brisket, thawed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper


In bowl, mix ziti, 1 1/4 cups marinara, the Wine-Braised Brisket, spinach, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, the garlic and crushed red pepper; season. Transfer to greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup marinara and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake at 350° until browned, about 30 minutes.
