  • In a food processor or blender, puree a package of fresh baby spinach, a few cloves of garlic, a handful of fresh basil and enough EVOO to combine; fold in softened cream cheese and spread on grilled sourdough slices. Top with chopped marinated artichoke hearts, sprinkle with grated parmesan and grill to warm through.
