  • In saucepan, cook sugar and 3 tbsp. water over medium, swirling, until golden, 8 minutes. Whisk in cream; set aside 2 tbsp. caramel. Whisk milk and liqueur into saucepan. Simmer over low, whisking until frothy and warmed. Divide among mugs; top with whipped cream, reserved caramel, then nuts.
