Spicy Szechuan Popcorn
Slightly lemony Szechuan pepper makes for a sweet and spicy snack.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tsp. ground Szechuan pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
In small bowl, mix butter and honey. In large pot with lid, cook popcorn and Szechuan pepper in oil over high heat, keeping pot covered and shaking pot constantly, until popping stops, about 1 minute, 30 seconds. In bowl, toss popcorn, sesame seeds, and cilantro; season. Drizzle with honey butter.
