Start to Finish: 30 minutes
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
2 tsp. garlic salt
Sesame seeds and cilantro
In bowl, toss pork with orange juice, gochujang, and garlic salt. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once and basting occasionally, until cooked through, about 12 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
