Citrus & Chile Glazed Pork Chops

These pork chops get a spicy kick from an OJ and gochujang marinade.

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)

  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice

  • 2 tbsp. gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

  • 2 tsp. garlic salt

  • Sesame seeds and cilantro


In bowl, toss pork with orange juice, gochujang, and garlic salt. Transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once and basting occasionally, until cooked through, about 12 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
