Spicy Melon Salsa with Wonton Chips

  • Wonton or dumpling (gyoza) wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Confectioners' sugar
  • Diced melon; watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Lime zest
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Jalapeno, minced


Spritz wonton or dumpling (gyoza) wrappers with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy, about 10 minutes. Let cool; dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve with diced melon tossed with chopped fresh mint, lime zest, a pinch sea salt and minced jalapeno.
