- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapenos
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 10 small tortillas
- Lime wedges
Combine all ingredients up to tortillas. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on each tortilla and roll up; secure with toothpicks. In skillet, heat 3/4 inch oil to 350 degrees . Fry in batches until golden, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with limes.
