- 6 tablespoons raw sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (about 8 oz.), thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
In bowl, mix sugar, spices and a pinch of salt. On parchment-lined baking sheet, brush pastry with egg; sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Cover with another sheet of parchment; flip over. Peel off top parchment. Brush pastry with egg; sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Cut into 10 strips; twist.
