Spiced Olives

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 2 lemon zest
- 2 orange zest
- 1 fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 cups mixed unpitted olives
Preparation
In small pot, simmer EVOO, lemon zest, orange zest, rosemary and crushed pepper, 5 minutes. Pour into bowl; add olives. Marinate 20 minutes.
