- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup fudge sauce, warmed
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios, toasted
In bowl, whisk cream and 1/8 tsp. cardamom to firm peaks. Stir remaining cardamom into fudge sauce. Scoop ice cream into bowls. Top with hot fudge, whipped cream and pistachios.
