Spiced Moroccan Beef Bowl

  • 4 cups Classic Beef Stew, thawed, carrots coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups cubed Roasted Squash, thawed
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Herbed Farro, thawed
  • fresh cilantro leaves
  • lemon zest


In a large saucepan, simmer the first 5 ingredients over medium-low, stirring once, until heated through, about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper. In a medium saucepan, heat the farro with 1/4 cup water over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 5 minutes. Top the farro with the stew, cilantro and lemon zest.
