  • In bowl, mix sugar and spices. Stretch dough pieces until see-through in spots. In saucepan, heat 2 inches oil over medium-high. Fry fritters until golden, 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with sugar mixture. In saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over medium for dipping.
