Ingredients
- 1/2 pound peeled carrots, very thinly sliced on an angle with a handheld slicer or a sharp knife, patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss all the ingredients; season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 10 to 15 minutes.
