  • In food processor, pulse 1/2 cup mint and sugar until combined. In small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil over high. Add mint sugar and stir until sugar dissolves; let cool. In cocktail shaker, shake mint syrup, lime juice, and tequila. Pour into 4 ice-filled rocks glasses. Top with Prosecco; garnish.
