Spanish Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
  • EVOO
  • Smoked paprika
  • Ground coriander
  • Ground cumin

Preparation

Toss chickpeas with a drizzle EVOO and a few pinches each smoked paprika, coriander and cumin. Bake at 400 degrees , tossing occasionally, until crisp, about 45 minutes.
