Start to Finish: 30 minutes
- 12 oz. thick-cut bacon (about 8 slices)
- 1/3 cup hot pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño chile, finely chopped
Arrange rack in top third of oven; preheat to 375°. Line baking sheet with foil; set wire rack inside. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack. Bake for 10 minutes. In small bowl, whisk jelly and 2 tsp. warm water until loosened. Stir in pecans and chile; brush on bacon. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
