S'Mores & More Fondue

  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • A large pinch salt
  • 12 ounces dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Marshmallows, graham crackers, berries and bananas for dipping


In medium saucepan, bring half-and-half and salt to a boil. Off heat, add chocolate; let stand 30 seconds. Whisk in sour cream until smooth. Serve with dippers.
