- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- A large pinch salt
- 12 ounces dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Marshmallows, graham crackers, berries and bananas for dipping
In medium saucepan, bring half-and-half and salt to a boil. Off heat, add chocolate; let stand 30 seconds. Whisk in sour cream until smooth. Serve with dippers.
