- Butter, melted
- Hot sauce
- Whole okra
- Onion, cut into squares
- Andouille sausage, cut into rounds
- Medium shrimp, peeeld and deveined
- Cajun seasoning
Season melted butter with hot sauce. Thread skewers with whole okra, onion squares, andouille sausage rounds and peeled, deveined medium shrimp. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Grill over medium-high, turning occasionally and brushing with hot-sauce butter, until shrimp are opaque in center and vegetables are charred in spots, about 8 minutes.
