Smokin' Hot Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces grated smoked Gouda
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
- Baguette slices, toasted, for serving
Preparation
Mix cream cheese with Gouda. Stir in chives. Form into a ball; coat with bacon. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
