  • In a bowl, mix Neufchatel cheese, salsa verde and scallions. Spread over tortillas. Top each with 1/2 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon. Roll tortilla and trim ends. Cut into 6 pieces and secure with toothpicks. Stand cut side up and top with a cilantro leaf.
