  • In bowl, using electric mixer, blend cream cheese, scallions, cream, dill, and lemon zest and juice. Fold in salmon and capers; season. Form into 2 balls; wrap in plastic. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. In small bowl, mix seeds and dried onion. Roll cheese balls in seed mixture. Serve with toasts.
