- Deviled Eggs, mayonnaise omitted
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped smoked salmon
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
Prepare the Deviled Eggs yolk mixture using sour cream in place of the mayonnaise. Stir in smoked salmon and chives. Fill the egg white halves and top with chopped capers.
