- 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 lb. Swiss chard, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded smoked mozzarella
- 1/4 cup diced ham
Pat dough into four 6-inch rounds. On baking sheet, bake at 500° until lightly browned, 3 minutes. In skillet, heat oil over medium-high; cook chard and garlic, stirring, until wilted, 2 minutes. Season. Top dough with cheese, chard mixture and ham. Season and bake until dough is golden, about 14 minutes.
