Shrimp Satay Bites

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 inches squares of orange bell pepper
  • Medium-size cooked shrimp
  • Sliced scallions


Mix soy sauce into peanut butter. Spread 1/2 teaspoon on bell pepper squares. Cut shrimp in half and place cut side down on each square. Garnish with scallions.
