Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 small baguette - split, halved and toasted
  • 3 teaspoons chopped chives

Preparation

In skillet, cook garlic in butter over medium until golden, 2 minutes. Add shrimp; cook until opaque, 3 minutes. Stir in next 3 ingredients; season. Top toasts with shrimp and chives.
