Linguine with Shrimp, Lemon & Feta

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces cooked linguine
- 1 6 ounce package fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta
Preparation
In pot, heat first 6 ingredients over medium-high; season. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until just opaque in the center, 3 minutes. Toss with remaining ingredients until spinach wilts; season.
