Shrimp & Grits

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup instant grits
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/3 cup beer
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
Cook grits according to package directions; stir in corn and cheese. In skillet, cook shrimp, beer and butter over high, 2 minutes. Serve grits with shrimp and parsley.
