Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes quartered
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups leftover stew
Preparation
Cook potatoes. Mash with cheese, half-and-half and butter. Place stew in 6-cup baking dish; spread potatoes on top. Bake at 375 degrees until browned.
