- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Preheat grill or grill pan to high. In dish, toss asparagus with soy sauce, oil and ginger. Grill, turning, until slightly charred, 8 minutes. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
