Ingredients
- 3 cups puffed brown rice cereal
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Mix cereal, sesame seeds, and raisins in a large bowl. In a medium saucepan, boil honey over medium heat until it's slightly darker in color, about 4 minutes. Whisk in tahini, vanilla extract, and kosher salt; pour over the cereal and stir to combine. Press into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan and refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
