Sesame Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 pound steamed bok choy
- Cooked rice
Preparation
In resealable bag, mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Add pork; marinate 20 minutes. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high. Press seeds into pork on both sides. Cook, turning, 10 minutes. Serve with bok choy and rice.
