Seared Fish with Kiwi-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
4 fillets (6 oz. each) of white fish (such as cod)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
2 oranges, peeled and chopped
1 avocado—peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
fresh cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
Season fish. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium. Cook fish until opaque in centers, about 3 minutes per side. In medium bowl, toss next 7 ingredients; season salsa. Serve fish with salsa. Top with cilantro.
