Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
  • Salt


In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Lower the heat to low, then add the eggs. Cook, stirring constantly with a heat-resistant rubber spatula, until small curds form and the eggs are barely set, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in the chopped dill, if using, and season with salt.
