- Makes 6Servings
- 1 cup fresh beet juice, chilled
- 1 cup pomegranate juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, chilled
- 2 cups prosecco, chilled
- 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 6 orange slices
In pitcher, stir all juices. Divide among 6 Champagne flutes; top with prosecco. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange slices.
If You Can't Beet ’Em: You’ll find beet juice in the refrigerator case of your supermarket’s produce section. Or double the pomegranate juice instead.
