- 1 pound broccoli rabe, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 20 scallops
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, plus 2 tbsp. juice
In bowl, microwave rabe, garlic and 2 tbsp. oil on high, covered, 4 minutes; season. In nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over high. Season scallops; cook 2 minutes per side. In bowl, whisk zest and juice with remaining oil; season. Drizzle over rabe and scallops.
