Sautéed Fish Tacos

  • 9 ounces tilapia or halibut fillets
  • 2 teaspoons (packed) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil


Rub fish with brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add fish; cook until browned and just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Break into bite-size chunks.
