Sausage & Panko Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 10 ounces gemelli, cooked
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
Preparation
In skillet, brown sausage over high, 5 minutes. Add zucchini and wine; cook 3 minutes. Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pasta. In bowl, combine panko and EVOO. Sprinkle over pasta.
