Salt & Pepper Potatoes

  • 1 lb. assorted baby potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Place 1 lb. assorted baby potatoes in large saucepan; add enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil and salt water. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain; let cool. Toss with salt and pepper.
