Salmon-Cuke Toasts

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 6 pumpernickel, toasted and halved
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 12 slices smoked salmon
- 1 English cucumber, shaved with peeler into 12 ribbons
Preparation
In bowl, whisk mustard, honey, vinegar and 1 tbsp. dill. Top toasts with sauce and next 3 ingredients; garnish with remaining dill
