4 salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz. each)
olive oil, for brushing
1 1/4 tsp. garam masala
4 cups Cilantro Rice, warmed
fresh cilantro leaves and lemon wedges, for garnish
Preheat oven to 450°. On baking sheet, brush fish all over with oil. Sprinkle with garam masala; season. Bake fish until just opaque in centers, about 7 minutes. Serve fish with rice. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges.
