Salami & Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 3 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 ounces salami, slices
Preparation
Cook pasta until al dente; drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta water. In skillet, cook next 4 ingredients over medium, 7 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and reserved pasta water; cook 2 minutes. Season.
