Smores Pie

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 7 1/2 ounce jar marshmallow creme


Sprinkle half of crumbs on work surface, top with crust and cover with remaining crumbs; roll out 1/4 inch thick. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust and prick with fork; bake according to package. When cool, fill with pudding and freeze 15 minutes. Top with marshmallow creme and broil to brown top.
