  • Roll out puff pastry dough into a 9-by-15-inch rectangle; trim edges. Cut into 6 pieces and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fan out apples over dough. Sprinkle with lemon juice, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until dough is puffy and apples are tender, about 10 minutes.
