  • In skillet, cook sausage in 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high, breaking meat up with a spoon, until browned, about 6 minutes. Transfer to bowl. In same skillet, cook cauliflower rice, oregano, and garlic powder in remaining 4 tbsp. oil over medium-high, stirring often, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes; season. Stir in remaining ingredients; season.
